Over the years I’ve been through my fair share of fad diets, poor relationships with food, and struggling with annoying symptoms (bloating, fatigue, headaches) but once I truly understood how amazing I could feel, nourishing my body the right way, every area of my life was enhanced. Now I share info about mom wellness and help women feel empowered by food so we can all not only feel better in our own bodies, but to pass on the wealth of nutrition knowledge to our children and families.
